What is VOUA?: VOUA is a scene-stack studio. You start from a template or a pasted script, finish one scene at a time, then export stitches the episode. There is no global timeline.
What is the difference between Template and Script?: A template is a kit an admin saved for everyone — scenes, shots, and overlays already sequenced. A script is text you paste; each beat becomes a scene with voice-over copy and an empty media slot.
Do I need a credit card to try it?: No. The Free plan does not need a card. It is limited, and exports are watermarked. Creator and Studio unlock generation without the watermark.
How do credits work?: Generate quotes credits before you run. Monthly included credits reset with your billing cycle. Credit packs you buy roll until you use them. If the wallet is short, Generate stays off.
What aspect ratios can I use?: 9:16, 16:9, and 1:1. Changing aspect on an episode updates every scene and shot preview in that episode.
Who owns the videos I make?: You own the episodes you create in your workspace. Stock clips, stickers, and fonts keep the licenses of their providers. We attach license metadata to assets we pull in.
How do I get help?: Open Support, or sign in and use Messages. Billing, bugs, and how-to questions all go there.
Can I cancel or change plans?: Yes. Open Account after you sign in. Stripe’s customer portal handles upgrades, packs, and cancellation.
