Terms of service
Last updated September 8, 2026.
These terms govern your use of VOUA (“VIDEO ORCHESTRATED USING AI”), a service of ATL.IS ONLINE (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
VOUA lets you build video episodes scene by scene from a template or a pasted script, generate and export media, and manage a workspace. Features depend on your plan. We may change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is abusive, unpaid, or unlawful.
Plans, credits, and payment
The Free plan is limited and may watermark exports. Paid plans and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Generate quotes credits before a run. Included monthly credits reset with the billing cycle; purchased packs roll until used. Fees are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or we agree in writing.
Your content
You keep ownership of scripts, uploads, and episodes you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and render that content so we can operate VOUA. You must have the rights to anything you upload or paste. Stock clips, stickers, fonts, and similar assets remain subject to their providers’ licenses.
Acceptable use
Do not use VOUA to break the law, infringe others’ rights, abuse the generators, probe the service without permission, or upload malware. We may remove content or restrict access that violates these terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that generation, export, or third-party media will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit a particular purpose. Output may need your review before you publish it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ATL.IS ONLINE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for VOUA in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after we post a change means you accept the new terms. The date above shows the latest revision.
