Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated September 8, 2026.
This policy explains how VOUA, a service of ATL.IS ONLINE (“we”, “us”), handles information when you visit studio.voua.com or use the app.
What we collect
Account data: name, email, and a password hash — or your Google profile if you sign in with Google. Workspace data: episodes, scripts, uploads, library hearts, support messages, and settings you save. Usage data: sign-in sessions, credit ledger, job status, and basic device information needed to keep the site working.
How we use it
We use this information to run your workspace, quote and bill credits, generate and export video, answer support threads, keep the service secure, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Processors and partners
Payments go through Stripe. Google handles Google sign-in. Stock and sticker searches may go to providers such as Pexels, Pixabay, Openverse, GIPHY, and Iconify. Those services have their own privacy policies. We send them the query or file they need to fulfill the request, not your full account.
Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie so you stay signed in. The browser may also store first-run tips and last search preferences on your device. We do not use advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep account and workspace data while your account is open. You can archive episodes in the app. If you ask us to close an account, we delete or de-identify personal data unless the law requires us to keep a record (for example, billing).
Your choices
You can update your name and password in Account, manage billing in the Stripe portal, and message us from Support. You may ask for a copy or deletion of personal data we hold, subject to legal limits.
